                               RESOLUTION NO. 19190
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE DOWNTOWN
                   AREA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, ON
                   SUNDAY, OCTOBER 13, 1991, FOR THE
                   PRESENTATION OF THE "HUNGER WALK" UNDER THE
                   SPONSORSHIP OF THE CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON
                   COUNTY HUNGER COALITION, UNDER CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the eastbound traffic lane of 11th Street
       between Peeples Street and Market Street, the northbound curb 
lane
       of Market Street between 11th Street and the Chattanooga Food
       Bank, the northbound traffic lane of King Street between Market
       Street and 11th Street on Sunday, October 13, 1991 from 1:30 p.m. 

       to 3:00 p.m. for the presentation of the "Hunger Walk" under the
       sponsorship of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Hunger Coalition
       provided that the sponsors shall set out and pick up all flasher
       barricades, traffic cones, and traffic signs in accordance with
       the traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at 
all
       times, an access lane for emergency vehicles.
